      HI,

So i have a 6100, i have configured the network side on it, internet is working and everything, i want to sue my 10G port to connect to my LAN network. So I attempted to convert one of the two 10G ports bu without any luck. So here is what i tried and what i troubleshooted so far.

      1. I used a DAC cable purchased from Netgate that shows is compatible, however if i let the connection on default it is showing me unknown media type, if i force it to 10G is seeing 10G, i don't know if it's related.
      2. I made sure i don't have a gateway set-up on the interface as specified in the documentation.
      3. I can ping from a network device to the gateway, but not to the WAN interface.
      4. I made a single firewall rule allow any/any.

So this seems to be firewall related as devices on the lan are getting an IP from the range, but since it's only one rule the other thing i am thinking is perhaps some routing?

Works fine while connecting to LAN 1, also i configured LAN 2 the same way I configured WAN 3 and is also working fine.
I tested this on both WAN 3 and WAN 4 interfaces and it acts the same.

Just want to mention is first time i am setting up a netgate firewall and i just got it.

      Thank you

I figured out the isse, the issue was with my UDM pro not with PF sense, the problem was that the interface i was connecting on was set as WAN2 and for some reason is not working, once i set it to wan1 was working fine. Thank you
