Cant get uPnP properly working

Hey there,

since my last problem was solved because of the help of this forum i come back with the following Problem:
I´m using Steam for my games on my private PC and I cant get uPNP/NAT-PmP properly working.
I see in the logs the try to open a port but its not working properly.

here is my configuration.

Firewall:

uPNP/NAT-PMP:

In the logs i can see the try of doing the uPnP, but maybe my rule is wrong?

can be closed i deactivated uPnP and now steam works - lol
